HVISK X ARV
At HVISK, we believe accessories should feel personal. That’s why with ARV, we explored how creativity can add a new layer to something you already carry every day.
Each bag became a canvas. Painted by hand, guided by intuition, and shaped by the moment.
To step deeper into the process and the ideas behind the brushstrokes, we sat down with Anne Roos to talk about creativity, expression, and the story behind the collaboration.
How would you describe your creative work in a few words?
"The name of my brand ARV the Label stands for my initials Anne-Roos Verheijen, but also for Artistic, Re-used Value and my three key values are:
BE CREATIVE
BE ONE OF A KIND
BE SUSTAINABLE"
What do you enjoy most about creating?
"What inspires me most is giving clothing a second life. By reusing existing garments and accessories, transforming them into one-of-a-kind wearable artworks, I work against fast fashion and mass consumption. Creativity and self-expression should guide what we wear, not trends or overproduction.
ARV is not just a brand — it is a movement. We are ARV"
What inspires your creative process?
"The inspiration often comes from customers who request custom pieces, but above all from my own aesthetic. Landscapes and the surrounding environment are my greatest sources of influence. Nature and the earth are inherently beautiful, and that beauty is what I want to reflect. It is also why I choose not to produce new garments that harm the world, instead, I transform what already exists."
