SHIPPING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email with a track & trace number, so you can follow your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the track & trace number to be activated.

We offer free shipping on purchases above €79 in EU. Purchases below €79 and outside EU will be subject to a shipping fee. Specific prices and shipping options are available at check out. Delivery times vary depending on your choice of shipping method. 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that customers outside the EU, including Norway, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the country of destination. These charges are the customers' responsibility. HVISK cannot take any responsibility for additional charges in relation to customs clearance. For further information about local duties, please contact your country’s local customs office.
